Health & Wellbeing Clinician - Work From Home

A healthcare role supporting health and wellbeing conversations with Medibank members via telehealth, focusing on delivering health screening assessments and education to empower members in managing their health.

Location: Remote (Australia)

Responsibilities

• Deliver health screening assessments via telehealth to support and empower members.
• Engage members in health and wellbeing discussions.
• Educate members about relevant health services and offerings.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Div 1) with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in Australia.
• Ability to identify needs and match actions and service provision.
• Experience in active listening in a customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Additional Information

• Training will be virtual and conducted over 2 days.
• Availability for shifts between 12pm and 8pm, Wednesday and Friday, with a fixed fortnightly roster for 6 months.
• Role start dates on 17th, 22nd, & 29th June.
