Healthcare Training Coordinator - Temporary 6 Months

The Training Coordinator supports the full training lifecycle by partnering with the Senior Training Manager and Trainers to plan, coordinate, monitor, and improve training operations. They serve as operational support to ensure trainers have schedules, reporting, documentation, and administrative support to deliver training effectively and ensure trainee progress.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Salary: $20.67 – $25.48 per hour (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

• Partner with the Senior Training Manager and Trainers to plan, coordinate, monitor, and improve training operations.
• Provide operational support to trainers, including scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative assistance.
• Ensure effective delivery of training and successful trainee progress.
