• Conduct group fitness classes incorporating infrared therapy and high-intensity interval training.
• Motivate and energize participants to achieve their fitness goals.
• Create a motivating and energetic class environment.

Requirements

• Experience in leading group fitness classes.
• Knowledge of infrared therapy and high-intensity interval training is a plus.
• Strong motivational and communication skills.
