Responsibilities

Proactively track down and pull missing clinical documentation required for patient referrals across multiple EHR systems (NextGen, eClinicalWorks, and AthenaOne) to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
Compile, analyze, and distribute routine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to participating medical practices, ensuring transparency and program alignment.
Review, verify, and monitor program data provided by our third-party digital health/service vendor to ensure accuracy and quality control.
Prepare and manage monthly invoices, tracking program expenditures and utilization accurately.
Assemble, organize, and distribute monthly DocuSign packets for collaborating physicians to review, sign off on, and track.

Requirements

Hands-on experience navigating and retrieving patient records from NextGen, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and AthenaOne.
2–4 years of administrative, operational, or coordinator experience within a healthcare, clinical, or medical practice setting.
Strong familiarity with electronic document management tools (specifically DocuSign) and data/spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to catch missing data points, navigate diverse clinic software, and manage financial documentation (invoices).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach to external practices and physicians.
