This role involves managing HRIS transactional processes, handling employee inquiries, and supporting HR policies and procedures. It is suitable for HR professionals with strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and ownership qualities.

Responsibilities
- Review HRIS transactional process requirements and manage approval/rejection processes.
- Understand core HR policies and make timely processing decisions.
- Escalate transactional issues to management.
- Manage incoming HR cases, calls, and chats requiring HR generalist knowledge.
- Leverage key business contacts to resolve employee inquiries related to benefits, compensation, wellness, and leave.
- Manage cases with care, accuracy, and attention to detail, enhancing employee experience.
- Consult with leadership on trends or escalations and act as a point of contact for HR Centers of Excellence.
Requirements
- Resourceful and self-sufficient.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information
- Preferred skills include Oracle HCM experience, HR knowledge extending to SHRM CP, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Disqualifiers include inexperience with high-volume HR work environments.
- Education requirements are an Associates or Bachelors in HR or 5 years of HR experience.
- Experience with Oracle HCM, Ultipro/UKG, and ServiceNow is preferred.
- HR certifications are a bonus but not required.
