Hr Workday Governance, Integration & Enablement Lead

This role owns the operating model for how Workday work is requested, prioritized, and delivered across HR, acting as a bridge between HR Centers of Excellence and HR Technology to translate business needs into requirements, manage dependencies, and align investments with HR priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the consolidated cross-HR Workday roadmap, sequencing initiatives, surfacing interdependencies, and facilitating prioritization.
  • Owns the end-to-end process for Workday change requests, including intake, assessment, and prioritization.
  • Establishes clear categories of work and sets required artifacts at each stage.
  • Designs and runs stakeholder forums for alignment and decision-making.
  • Provides enablement and capability building for COEs, including templates, design input, and coaching.
  • Serves as the primary connection point between HR COEs and HR Tech, ensuring clear understanding and addressing process friction.
  • Maintains a centralized Workday SharePoint site and provides change management templates.
  • Establishes user experience principles and tracks Workday usage metrics.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Reporting).
  • Experience running governance or program management processes in a complex HR or HR Tech environment.
  • Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and produce decisions.
  • Comfortable operating without direct authority, influencing through relationships.
  • Familiarity with product management principles.
  • Knowledge of Workday’s release cycle and product roadmap.
