IME Quality Analyst - Auto & Liability

The Quality Analyst is responsible for managing the medical file review process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards, while communicating effectively with clients, reviewers, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports accompanying medical records to ensure completeness and that client questions are addressed.
• Follows up with reviewers and clients for questions or clarifications.
• Updates clients on referral progress.
• Ensures reports are grammatically correct and adhere to QA checklist.
• Formats reports for approval.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
• Experience with technology-based processes.
