Influencer Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

The Influencer Manager will lead the strategy and execution of influencer and affiliate marketing programs for Calming Co, focusing on creator partnerships, campaign management, and performance analysis. This is a full-time, remote role suitable for candidates worldwide who can work US hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and secure influencer partnerships that align with the brand’s values, aesthetic, and growth objectives.
• Manage all influencer relationships from outreach to ongoing communication.
• Negotiate influencer agreements, rates, and content rights.
• Develop and manage the affiliate program, including recruiting and optimizing performance.
• Manage TikTok Shop presence and affiliate content to maximize sales.
• Ensure influencer and affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee paid media campaigns using influencer content, including Meta and TikTok ads.
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Evaluate and manage third-party platforms supporting influencer and affiliate operations.

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing within a DTC or CPG environment.
• Proven experience negotiating influencer contracts, including whitelisting and usage rights.
• Deep expertise in Meta Business Manager and TikTok advertising tools.
• Experience building or managing an affiliate program.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ).
• Highly organized and able to manage a full pipeline independently.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.
