Location: Colombia

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, networking, industry events, and account-based management.
  • Conduct research to identify target accounts, leads, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and educate them on solutions.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends, industry news, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
  • Track customer accounts and update CRM.
  • Provide reports on lead activities and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B technology experience in sales or relationship-building roles, preferably in insurance.
  • Knowledge of sales best practices and trends.
  • Experience dealing with C-Suite/Executive level clients.
  • Experience in US and Canada markets.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Result-oriented and challenge-driven.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within US and Canada.
  • Knowledge of Account Based Management (ABM).
  • Fluent in French and English.
