Location: Colombia
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, networking, industry events, and account-based management.
- Conduct research to identify target accounts, leads, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and educate them on solutions.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Monitor market trends, industry news, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
- Track customer accounts and update CRM.
- Provide reports on lead activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 8+ years of B2B technology experience in sales or relationship-building roles, preferably in insurance.
- Knowledge of sales best practices and trends.
- Experience dealing with C-Suite/Executive level clients.
- Experience in US and Canada markets.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Result-oriented and challenge-driven.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within US and Canada.
- Knowledge of Account Based Management (ABM).
- Fluent in French and English.
