The Inside Sales Representative at Amplity is responsible for engaging healthcare professionals through remote channels to promote brand messaging and support treatment options for rare diseases. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing product information, and supporting the patient journey from diagnosis to treatment.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales call activity to profile Centers of Excellence and the patient journey via outbound calls or virtual engagements.
- Engage HCP targets in program discussions to meet territory and company goals post-launch.
- Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
- Pull through on targeted HCPs with identified rare disease patients and assist with treatment options and start forms.
- Communicate effectively with customers using proper terminology and messaging.
- Maintain knowledge of disease state and program.
- Adhere to pre/post-launch activities.
- Complete data entry in CRM systems.
- Respond to customer needs and questions.
- Communicate project progress to team.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships.
- Prepare management reports.
- Comply with laws, regulations, policies, and data guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
- Perform special projects as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- 2+ years Neurology experience preferred.
