Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to support Richardson RFPD with a focus on customer service, sales coordination, and key account support. The role involves managing sales operations, quotations, orders, and providing high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Location: UK-United Kingdom - Remote

Responsibilities

• Support Field Sales Engineers with sales activities and communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Process customer quotations and orders, monitor quote activity, and follow up to support sales execution.
• Manage open orders and delivery schedules, update promised ship dates, expedite orders, and inform customers of changes.
• Follow up on quotations, identify customer requirements, and support cross-selling opportunities.
• Support after-sales activities including returns, warranty matters, and customer issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing.
• Confidence in managing quotations, orders, and customer enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and customer-focused approach.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with ability to build effective relationships.
• Experience in electronics, technology, or distribution industry is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems, preferably Oracle, is a plus.
