Inside Sales Support Rep - Austin

The Inside Sales Support Representative (ISSR) supports growth of managed account portfolios by working with Outside Sales Representatives, providing consultative support, maintaining account relationships, and executing project cycles. The role requires industry knowledge, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM and telephony systems.

Location: Austin, TX

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Portfolio Growth by providing customer service, quoting, sourcing, and project ownership.
• Account Administration by assisting with quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high volume projects.
• Issue Resolution by assisting customers with issue resolution, follow-up, invoice transmittal, and quote requests.
