Institutional Lending Specialist

Adding an Institutional Lending Specialist to support loan purchase transactions, quality reviews, and ongoing monitoring at Connexus Credit Union, a remote-first, member-focused cooperative.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Presents risk analysis of loans exceeding approval authority to the appropriate Manager.
• Manages loan purchase transactions with a focus on strong review skills, volume management, and exceeding goals.
• Recognizes, adheres, and complies with established department procedures for accurate and timely processing.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with business partners.
• Works closely with Accounting to ensure timely processing and superior service.
• Assists the team to analyze, improve, and implement processes to execute the business plan.
• Complies with all State and Federal Regulations.
• Assists with or conducts training for team members.

Requirements

• Associates degree or commensurate experience.
• 1+ year of prior loan review experience within a financial institution.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multi-faceted systems.
• High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word.
