Responsibilities
- Roadmapping: Prioritize CCaaS platforms for Cresta’s AI Agent integrations based on contractual obligations, market traction, and internal requirements.
- Execution: Lead multiple engineering teams to design scalable implementation approaches, build CCaaS integrations efficiently, and deliver integrations on time.
- Customer Interface: Serve as the liaison between Cresta’s engineering team and customer’s business and technical teams, including discovery sessions and education.
- Product Strategy: Develop strategies for quick and minimal-effort integrations with external systems across all verticals.
- Partnership: Strategize and execute business and technical arrangements with external partners and platforms.
- Developer Experience: Enhance the developer experience for integrating with external systems, enabling any engineer to complete a new system integration within one day.
- Verticalized Execution: Partner with product managers and GTM team to prioritize verticals and lead engineering teams to tailor and drive integrations.
- SDK: Define the SDK strategy and scope core capabilities for technical users, including in mobile app contexts.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in a technical capacity (e.g., Software Engineer / Solutions Architect) or a technical educational background (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple technical teams.
- Experience in product management, leading technical products from conception to launch, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with success in customer-facing roles and technical discussions with executives.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Proactive, ownership mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy.
