Intern, Talent Acquisition Operations

The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern supports the Talent Acquisition and Operational Excellence teams in improving recruiting processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities, with a focus on operational improvement initiatives including AI-enabled tools, CRM optimization, data cleanup, and analytics.

Location: Sunrise, FL, USA

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency
• Assist with data cleanup, validation, and standardization within recruiting systems and CRM platforms
• Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Interest in data analysis, operational improvement, and HR technology
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in AI applications and process automation is a plus
