IT Project Management Trainee

Internship role focused on learning and managing IT projects at KraftPixel, supporting engineering and management teams, and growing towards a specialist or managerial role in web development.

Location: Remote

Salary: INR 30k–INR 150k

Responsibilities

• Learning and managing projects to meet KPIs such as timely delivery, clear communication, and ratio management.
• Supporting the Engineering team by understanding and executing client requirements and suggesting approaches.
• Maintaining Google Sheets to update clients on project progress.
• Contributing to growth ideas and initiatives for management.
• Completing all learning modules and assignments on time.
• Exercising ownership and accountability.
• Learning about web development and growing professionally.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT project management.
• Working knowledge of management tools like Jira, Asana, & Trello.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Basic knowledge of web development.
• Good googling skills.
• Time management & analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile & Waterfall.
• Basic supervision skills.
• Above-average English speaking & writing skills.
• High ownership and accountability spirit.

Benefits

• Minimum 7 to 15 months internship.
• Initial stipend of Rs. 2.5k, increasing up to Rs. 12.5k/month based on skill acquisition.
• Full-time job offer after 9 months for high performers.
• Certificate after 6 months, LOR after 9 months.

Additional Information

• Work timings: Monday to Friday, 9 hours daily, remote, asynchronous.
• Weekends off unless needed, with paid overtime.
• 1 paid leave per month.
• Final year students' exam days sponsored as paid leave.
