Junior Customer Success

Customer Success Managers at xSuite North America focus on building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing value and support after initial sign-up. They act as relationship experts, promoting products and driving customer success.

Location: Remote/Hybrid/in-office

Responsibilities

• Regularly check in with customers to develop open communication lines and address concerns
• Present/Demo solutions to customers
• Coordinate sales efforts for services and license revenues
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Drive product value
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience within a Financial, Technical, or Business Administrative setting (Preferred)
• Team spirit and the ability to take responsibility for tasks (Required)
• Strong written and communication skills in English (Required)
• The ability to adapt quickly (Preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills (Required)
• The ability to promote products and grow relationships (Preferred)
