Junior Project Coordinator

A Junior Project Coordinator role supporting project management teams with administrative and technical tasks, ideal for someone pursuing or recently completed in an IT-related field with programming skills.

Location: India, Ukraine, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Support PMs and the Program Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining program/project records, reports, and other key documentation.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by liaising with different departments.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure project workflows run smoothly.
• Build and maintain small internal tools/scripts (e.g., data processing, dashboards, automations) to support PMO workflows

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in an IT field.
• Demonstrated technical/programming skills (must-have) via coursework, certifications, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and willingness to learn others.
• Experience or exposure to scripting/automation and data parsing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good oral and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Strong organizational skills.
