Junior Support Engineer

MMDSmart is a leading multinational IT company specializing in cloud communications, seeking a Junior Support Engineer to support account managers, assist customers, and drive internal improvements. No prior experience required, with a focus on growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Location: Bulgaria

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and accept inquiries via Helpdesk & Skype.
• Handle requests from members of other teams.
• Solve tasks by themselves or escalate tasks to other teams and control the process of their implementation: technical specialists, account managers.

Requirements

• English – Upper-Intermediate+.
• Willing to work night/holiday shifts with a 3/3 schedule (morning, evening, night).
• Stress tolerance.
