They are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage valuable client relationships, drive satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
Location: Remote (US/Canada)
Salary: Up to $60,000 USD annually plus performance bonuses
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Nurture and deepen relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Success Planning: Develop and implement tailored success plans for each key account.
- Retention & Expansion: Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Performance Monitoring: Review account health metrics, usage patterns, and satisfaction scores.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Strategic Guidance: Assist small business and agency customers with strategy calls.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in front-facing Customer Success or Client Strategy roles, preferably in DTC e-Commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries.
- Experience managing and communicating about performance analytics, SEO audits, website projects, and marketing plans.
- Proven track record of maintaining high retention rates and growing accounts.
- C2 English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Customer-obsessed with strong relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach and effective use of CRM tools.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude, able to work independently.
- Availability to work core hours in EST (US/Canada) timezone.
