The role is for a Senior Key Account Executive in General Trade at Unilever, responsible for driving sales, managing territory and customer relationships, and improving market position.

Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution for the company products.
  • Manage allocated territory and customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets through market visits and understanding RS system.
  • Analyze market position and improve customer service.
  • Negotiate with RS and develop customer management skills.
  • Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback.
  • Monitor RS performance and sales team, and take corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in General Trade, Channel Sales, ROI calculations, and distributor handling.
  • Achieve sales targets and understand RS system.
  • Analyze and improve market position.
  • Negotiate with RS and develop customer management.
  • Monitor competitive activities and RS performance.
