Lead Product Designer - Costa Rica

Location: Costa Rica

Salary: USD $64,000–$107,000 per year, plus up to 15% variable compensation

Responsibilities

• Run the full arc of product design from discovery to launch, working directly with clients.
• Own design across the full engagement lifecycle, including UX/UI design, prototyping, research, data visualization, and design systems.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and feedback sessions with clients and users.
• Partner closely with engineering teams.
• Ensure quality assurance and that shipped products reflect the design intent.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience.
• Experience launching real products, both zero-to-one and incremental.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-directed with ownership of work.
• Comfortable with ambiguity at design and business levels.
• Core competency in design systems thinking.
• Experience integrating AI into workflow.
