Lead Project Manager - Substation & Transmission

This position offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects, coordinating with various departments to oversee the entire project lifecycle.

Salary: $142,710.00 - $215,440.00

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments for project lifecycle management.
• Oversee project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience.
• Manage all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Lead and mentor project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support reporting of key performance indicators.
• Identify and control construction risks.
• Manage project changes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare project reports.
• Analyze issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management of Utility, Construction, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in capital project management.
• Experience as a firm/client liaison.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-25% domestically.
