Lead Security Analyst

Lead Security Analyst responsible for securing Microsoft environment including Azure, Entra ID, and IAM, with a focus on incident response, tooling, and compliance.

Location: Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Secure environment from physical layer to application.
• Design and improve security of Azure tenant, Entra ID, and identity and access setup.
• Track and handle escalated alerts and incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain compliance with frameworks like ISO27001 and NIS2.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience securing enterprise environments.
• Deep Microsoft security expertise.
• SOC/Blue Team experience.
• Security tooling and detection engineering experience.
• Vulnerability management leadership experience.
• Security architecture and stakeholder influence experience.
