Lead Solution Engineer - Financial Services

The Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce plays a key role in aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts in the Financial Services sector, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert to drive business performance and innovation.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $134,750–$180,250/yr

Responsibilities

• Aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts in the Financial Services vertical.
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines.
• Working on business development, operations, and IT strategies, as well as product demonstrations.
• Discerning customer business needs, analyzing requirements, and positioning Salesforce multi-product solutions.
• Conveying understanding of the customer's enterprise architecture and evangelizing Salesforce platform benefits.
• Developing technical Points of View on AI, data strategy, and hybrid architecture, and executing POCs.
• Demonstrating connected experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping.
• Driving solution decision-making and consensus among C-level and IT stakeholders.
• Leading cross-functional solution guides and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience solving technical problems in collaborative environments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technology, integration principles, and process orchestration.
• Experience with machine learning concepts, including GenAI and evaluating emerging AI/Data technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex topics to C-suite and technical decision-makers.
• Willingness and ability to travel based on territory.
