The Leadership Development Program- Wind Operations is a 5-month rotational program designed to develop leaders in wind operations, providing training and rotational assignments across facilities within NextEra Energy's US portfolio. Participants will gain skills to manage wind power generation facilities safely and efficiently.

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or 5 years of equivalent leadership experience
- Adaptability to different geographic locations
- At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within wind turbines or rotating equipment
- Proficiency in collaborating within a complex organizational structure
- Strong executive presentation skills
- Quality Tools and Techniques, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology
- Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and thriving in cross-functional environments
