Legal Counsel DACH (Commercial)

A legal role focused on SaaS insurance and financial services contracting, requiring a qualified attorney with international experience, fluent in German and English, working remotely within Europe.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex IT/SaaS agreements, licensing, and professional services agreements.
• Maintain understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, DORA, and BaFin guidelines.
• Provide legal advice on SaaS commercial contracts within insurance and financial sectors.
• Assist with cross-border transactions between German and North American jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified Attorney with at least 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Native-level German and fluent English language skills.
• Background in IT Law and Data Privacy; knowledge of financial regulations is highly preferred.
