Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only) role at Backpack Healthcare, focusing on providing mental health services to youth and families in Maryland with flexible scheduling and a systems-oriented, strengths-based approach.

Location: Remote (Maryland)

Salary: $65 per billable hour for LCSW-C, $45 per billable hour for LMSW

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
• Support youth and families using trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care team members to ensure coordinated services
• Assist with care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
• Complete timely, compliant documentation in our EHR

Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
• Commitment to social work values, including equity, advocacy, and client-centered care
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and family systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
