Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Windsor, CO

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offering flexible full-time and part-time roles focused on providing high-quality mental health care through a clinician-led organization that supports growth, flexibility, and administrative assistance.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $62,000 – $80,000 / year

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session.
• Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
• Comfort working with clients with diverse problems.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
