Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Waltham, MA

The organization is seeking licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide high-quality mental health care through telehealth or in-person settings. The role offers flexible scheduling, administrative support, and a collaborative, clinician-led environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $70,000–$85,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with other providers and stakeholders.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse client concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
