Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) - Alabaster, AL

The position is for licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to work remotely or in-office providing outpatient behavioral health services. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive salary, and opportunities for leadership and advancement.

Salary: $60k–$85k/yr

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Customize care for each patient, including individual, family, group therapy, and psychological testing.
• Create and manage your own schedule, typically working between Monday and Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Provide clinical care and documentation for your patients.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in Colorado with the ability to practice independently.
