Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Backpack Healthcare is expanding its mental health services into Arizona, seeking part-time licensed therapists to support children, teens, and young adults through telehealth. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and opportunities for program development and growth.

Location: Remote (AZ licensed only)

Salary: $65 per billable hour

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Support families with education and care coordination

Requirements

• Active Arizona license (LPC, LCSW)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Additional Information

• Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM – 9 PM | Weekend availability a plus
• Expected Caseload: 15–22 sessions per week
