Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Pueblo, CO

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role at OptiMindHealth is a full-time or part-time outpatient mental health position focused on providing high-quality care through telehealth or in-person settings. Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $62,000–$80,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session.
• Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
• Comfort working with clients with diverse problems.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
