Listing Marketing Specialist - Virtual Assistant

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills to support real estate agent partners by creating and executing professional listing marketing materials. This fully remote role involves designing marketing content for property listings.

Location: Remote

Salary: $600–$1,200/month (USD)

Responsibilities

• Designing and producing Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House marketing pieces
• Creating social media graphics and content for listing announcements
• Producing digital flyers for individual properties
• Posting and scheduling marketing content across platforms
• Maintaining organized records and files for each listing campaign
• Communicating with internal team members to ensure materials are delivered on time and to standard

Requirements

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms
• Can manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
• Takes ownership of their work
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing
