Manager, Analytics

The role involves leading reporting and analytics functions, developing critical reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business areas. The manager will oversee data processes, lead a team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

Salary: $93,955–$159,725/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of internal/external reporting containing operational, financial, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Monitor projects, identify potential issues, and guide them to successful completion.
• Develop tactical and strategic plans to meet technical business needs.
• Standardize data processes for efficiency and best practices.
• Lead changes to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure.
• Build and develop a high-performing analytics team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Perform programming and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science or related, or equivalent work experience (minimum 9 years total).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 4 additional years of experience without a degree.
• Expertise in SQL, Qlikview, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially visualization tools.
• Experience in a production environment setting up scalable, maintainable processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking, self-motivated, results-driven.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to define and execute analysis with minimal supervision.
