Manager International Customer Supply Chain

The Manager, International Customer Supply Chain at e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. will oversee international supply chain operations, ensuring excellent service to retail partners and distributors, supporting new market launches, and improving supply chain processes in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment.

Location: United Kingdom and European Union

Salary: £67,000 - £82,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between rhode and international distributors and retail customer operations teams, supporting day-to-day execution and market-specific supply chain needs
• Assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce operational costs, and drive volume through supply chain metrics
• Develop understanding of each international distributor and retail partner’s distribution model, operational requirements, key metrics, and inventory planning needs
• Produce qualitative/quantitative data using Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Tableau to drive business decisions
• Understand policies, processes, and systems related to retail distributor operations
• Oversee and ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery across international customers, distributors, and retail partners
• Provide weekly sell-in data vs. forecast and identify risks to Finance, Sales, and Operations
• Monitor weekly sell-out data and retailer in-stock levels in partnership with Demand Planning and Sales
• Partner with international distributors and retail teams to drive additional orders or forecast adjustments
• Track and report on KPIs including fulfillment, in-stocks, service levels, on-time delivery, and chargeback risk
• Collaborate internally and externally for alignment and opportunities
• Participate in customer demand forecasting and optimize assortment decisions
• Support new market launches, regional expansion, and operational excellence
• Connect internal functions to improve supply chain metrics for customers
• Educate and align internal teams on international customer and distributor requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in customer supply chain, retail operations, demand planning, or related roles
• Experience with Sephora and/or other global prestige beauty retailers
• Experience supporting international retailers, distributors, or global supply chain operations
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge
• Proven ability to build relationships with retail partners and internal teams
• Decision-making skills with limited or evolving data
• Experience managing multiple countries, distributors, or regional supply chain requirements
• Willingness to travel internationally

• The base salary range is £67,000 - £82,000.
• Total compensation includes base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
