Salary: $83,200 - $99,000
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes including compensation updates, stipends, and leave tracking.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, employee support, and vendor coordination.
- Support administration of absence and leave programs, ensuring compliance.
- Manage relationships with People Operations vendors, including communication, invoicing, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate invoices, billing, and expense tracking.
- Support compliance-related administrative processes such as background checks and training.
- Support the AskTalent intake process, serving as the primary contact for employee and manager inquiries.
- Respond to routine inquiries, triage requests, and interpret HR policies.
- Maintain HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and assist with audits and reporting.
- Support development and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards.
- Maintain HR documentation, develop guides and FAQs, and support talent processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of talent operations, customer service, and payroll support.
- HR expertise and knowledge of employment laws across multiple territories.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and advising them.
- Experience using HR systems (ADP, workforce, ATS, Salesforce, etc.).
- Passion for education equity and KIPP’s mission.
