Manager - Product Design

BrowserStack is a cloud-based software testing platform supporting over 50,000 customers worldwide, with a focus on innovation, AI capabilities, and a remote-first approach. The company is seeking a Manager of Design for Automation Testing Products Suite to lead design initiatives and shape the future of AI-augmented design workflows.

Location: Mumbai (Remote, but based in Mumbai)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of products like Automate, App Automate, Test Reporting & Analytics, Load Testing.
• Shape AI-powered visual testing and future design workflows.
• Architect and champion agentic workflows to improve team output.
• Shape product strategy and direction with Product Managers.
• Execute high-stakes design tasks and solve complex UI challenges.
• Evolve design standards and documentation for consistency.
• Lead team planning, execution, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Interaction Design, UI/UX, or Product Design.
• 3+ years in a design leadership role.
• Proven success leading design for complex, high-scale cloud platforms.
• Deep fluency at the intersection of design systems and engineering, with prior hands-on development experience.
• Comfortable with vibe-coding (Replit, Lovable, Cursor, etc.) for complex workflows and MVPs.
• Experience leading mid-to-large-scale design initiatives and teams.
