Manager, Project Management

GMR Marketing is an experience agency that creates immersive brand stories across physical, digital, and social worlds. They are looking for a project management professional to support brand partnership projects, including sponsorships, sports, entertainment, and cultural collaborations.

Location: United Kingdom

Salary: $65,000–$75,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project management for partnership initiatives, from initial scoping to activation and wrap.
• Partner directly with brand and property stakeholders to build trusted relationships, facilitate alignment, and help drive decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production, legal, finance, and account), track deliverables and approvals, and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholder groups, timelines, and approval paths.
• Experience supporting brand partnerships, sponsorship activations, integrated campaigns, or experiential programs.
• Solid foundation in project management best practices.
