Manager, Strategic Advisory Services

CrowdStrike is seeking a Strategic Advisory Services Manager to lead a team of consultants in enhancing customer security programs, educating employees, and developing cyber initiatives. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, overseeing engagements, coaching staff, and supporting sales and strategic planning.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $140,000 - $195,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large and complex Strategic Advisory Services engagements, supporting project teams and engaging with executive-level individuals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Strategic Advisory Services practice.
  • Act as a primary contact for coordination of activities with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issues in service delivery.
  • Uphold and promote high standards of quality across all service offerings.
  • Coach and mentor a team of highly skilled consultants.
  • Hire, train, and develop new consultants.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Work with leadership to develop strategic plans for the practice.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels within CrowdStrike and with customers.
  • Work with sales to scope new customer engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in team leadership in a matrixed consulting environment.
  • Experience in IT / Security Management Consulting, including technical and operational cybersecurity.
  • Experience in Security Program Development, including building and managing security initiatives.
  • Experience in Security Analysis / Operations, understanding cybersecurity from a practitioner standpoint.
  • Experience in Business Strategy / Risk Analysis, addressing cyber risks and developing risk frameworks.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Policy development and implementation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to complete complex strategic analysis tasks independently.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Additional Information
