Manager Talent Acquisition - Data Collections

Salary: $130K - 150K Annually

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters for on-site data collection projects.
• Manage team workload and foster a collaborative environment.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates from the OneForma pool.
• Create compelling job advertisements and lead community recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Screen and select suitable candidates for remote and onsite positions.
• Manage scheduling processes and monitor top performers.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from application to onboarding.
• Support client proposals with rates and project details.
• Negotiate rates and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Propose improvements to sourcing and screening processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition for on-site data collection.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
• Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
