IntraFi is seeking a sales leader to develop and maintain client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and maintaining strong, synergistic client relationships to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, target segments, and potential clients.
• Collaborating with product and service teams to tailor IntraFi's product suite for client objectives.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
• Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Using market insights to refine sales strategies.
• Monitoring sales performance metrics to meet goals.
• Providing updates to senior management on sales progress and market trends.

Requirements

• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including proven success as a sales leader, preferably in financial services.
• Curiosity and aptitude to learn new products and services.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree.
