M3C is seeking an ESG Systems Analyst for a 12-month remote contract in the industrial sector, supporting ESG applications and leading improvements.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Providing daily Tier 2 support for ESG applications and collaborating with the Tier 1 team to triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents through the ITSM platform
- Coordinating escalations with internal technical teams and Tier 3 vendors for complex issues, system defects, outages, and recurring incidents
- Maintaining operational documentation (procedures, job aids, knowledge articles) to ensure consistent and transferable support practices
- Planning, executing, and coordinating testing activities for new features, configuration changes, and system upgrades
- Leading or supporting small enhancements and improvement initiatives to optimize ESG modules, workflows, and reporting capabilities
- Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data analyses using ESG platforms, SQL, or other reporting tools
- Supporting change enablement activities (communications, training, user guidance) to ensure smooth adoption of system updates
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in application support, incident management, or IT service management
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM tool (asset)
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or ESG/EHS platforms
- Knowledge of application architecture, systems analysis, requirements gathering, development methodologies, testing, and end‑user training
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as required based on project needs
- Bilingual in English and French required, Spanish considered an asset
