Marketing AI Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities to improve efficacy and efficiency through AI, data, and automation.
• Evaluate and prioritize use cases based on impact, feasibility, and data readiness.
• Stay current on AI tools and recommend investments.
• Determine data needs for each use case and work with RevOps, Sales, and IT to source data.
• Design and build automation workflows using AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Workspace.
• Iterate on workflows based on real usage and outcomes.
• Act as a thought partner and co-builder for AI applications within the team.
• Architect and maintain a central repository of AI capabilities, skills, prompts, and assets.
• Establish standards and governance for AI tool usage.
• Enable team members through documentation, training, and support.

Requirements

• Fluency with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Workspace, and related AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered workflow tools and marketing use cases.
• Experience working with B2B marketing teams and understanding demand generation, content, and campaign functions.
• Ability to identify and prioritize problems and design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort in a fast-evolving environment.
