The Named Account Manager at Outseer is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with strategic accounts, focusing on financial institutions and banking fraud solutions. The role involves full-cycle sales, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and deliver customer value.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed account renewal and expansion targets.
- Manage and build strong relationships with customer accounts.
- Lead Tier-1 Financial Institution Account Management, focusing on Banking Fraud and Payments.
- Manage full-cycle sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Deliver solutions that meet customer needs in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide ROI and value propositions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies.
- Develop strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership for partnerships.
- Attend industry and client events.
- Engage with customers at an executive level.
- Act as the first interface for international accounts.
- Follow the Sales Playbook.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Create sales collateral.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain CRM data accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- 8+ years of Account Management and/or Direct Sales experience.
- Experience with territory planning and development.
- Expertise in managing complex, large deals.
- Ability to build relationships with executives and board members.
- Knowledge of client industry trends.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Excellent work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
- Skilled in sales negotiations and solution positioning.
- Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management and presentation skills.
- Technical expertise in the solutions presented.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
