Salem Media is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive sponsorship revenue across national live tour events, experiential activations, and media partnerships, focusing on faith-based, conservative, and patriotic audiences.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 year + generous commission structure
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new sponsorship revenue by securing brand partnerships for live tours, special events, and experiential properties
- Develop integrated sponsorship packages including event title sponsorships, pre-show and post-show sponsorships, on-site activations, digital media extensions, branded content, social media amplification, and podcast/radio integrations
- Create partnership opportunities that deliver brand exposure, consumer activation, audience engagement, and multi-platform amplification
- Sell sponsorship opportunities that include onsite brand presence, product integration, event signage, video placements, digital content, VIP hospitality, ticket experiences, and meet-and-greet opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to develop customized sponsorship solutions aligned with advertiser goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, regional advertisers, and strategic partners
- Build presentations and proposals communicating audience reach, event impact, and partnership value
- Manage sponsorship pipeline from prospecting to contract execution and renewal
- Provide post-event recap materials including campaign performance, audience insights, activation results, and ROI reporting
- Stay informed on trends in experiential marketing, sponsorship sales, live events, entertainment partnerships, and branded content opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, experiential marketing, event partnerships, media sales, or brand partnerships
- Familiarity with faith-based or values-driven media a plus
- Proven track record of generating net-new business revenue and closing high-value sponsorship deals
- Experience selling integrated campaigns combining live events with digital, social, content, media, or experiential elements
- Strong relationships with brands, agencies, event marketers, or sponsorship decision-makers preferred
- Ability to create strategic partnership solutions rather than selling standard packages
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience working with live events, concerts, tours, festivals, sports, media properties, or entertainment partnerships highly preferred
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Passion for live experiences, media, audience engagement, and creating meaningful brand partnerships
