Responsibilities

• Lead brand-level content and design strategy.
• Execute and oversee demand generation campaigns.
• Drive PR and external communications aligned with the brand.
• Manage a small team of content creators and marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with commercial and business unit leaders for cohesive execution.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in content, demand gen, or PR in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
• Experience leading teams while staying hands-on.
• Strong project management and multitasking across marketing disciplines.
• A self-starter who thrives in both strategic and tactical roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying AI or automation tools in campaign execution.
