Onboarding Consultant I, Menu Multilingual Onboarding (Spanish)

Toast is hiring a Bilingual Multilingual Onboarding Consultant, Menu (Spanish) to work closely with restaurant clients, configuring and reviewing menus to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for Spanish-speaking customers.

Location: United States

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 USD (depending on zone and experience)

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to build onboarding plans for high-quality implementation.
• Create best practices for managing restaurant operations and enable staff to utilize Toast effectively.
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs prior to go-live and communicate any special requirements.
• Perform remote onboarding configurations, document processes, and observe best practices.
• Lead onboarding training for restaurant staff on how to leverage Toast for operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, including large portfolios of restaurants.

Requirements

• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations, including managing long-term customer relationships.

• The salary range varies by geographic zone: Zone A: $65,000–$80,000, Zone B: $55,000–$60,000, Zone C: $50,000–$55,000.
