Location: Residency within the territory near a major airport is required.

Salary: $157,080 to $204,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Deliver non-promotional, compliant education on polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical education on treatment goals, patient selection, administration, monitoring, and ongoing care for patients with PV and ET.
  • Support healthcare practices in understanding symptom burden, thrombotic and bleeding risks, and other clinical considerations.
  • Educate office staff on treatment initiation, dose titration, laboratory monitoring, adverse reactions, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for patient counseling and disease management.
  • Assess educational needs within practices and tailor education accordingly.
  • Provide education supporting the patient journey from treatment initiation to monitoring.
  • Use approved resources to deliver accurate education and gather field insights.
  • Partner with internal teams to support educational engagement and share insights.
  • Document educational activities, monitor trends, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Demonstrate clinical knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism.
  • Maintain high integrity and adhere to legal and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Active RN license, BSN strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing or healthcare professional education experience.
  • Oncology or hematology experience.
  • Experience educating healthcare professionals.
  • Understanding of oncology office workflows and patient monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory.
  • Willingness to travel.
