Operational Execution Support Lead

Blood Cancer United is a mission-centric organization dedicated to pursuing cancer cures and supporting blood cancer patients. This role provides essential operational support to enable fundraising and donor activities, contributing to the organization's goal of enabling patients to gain more than one million years of life by 2040.

Location: Remote

Salary: $44K–$64K per year

Responsibilities

• Support region teams with administrative workload drivers including unsubscribes, event setup, letter editing, registration processes, data collection processing, incentive fulfillment, Drupal updates, SVOY applications.
• Support region teams with offline fund management, including processing revenue from territory and national lockboxes, wires, and donor advised funds.
• Research unclaimed donations to determine correct allocation.
• Review wire and DAF reports for unclaimed wires and work with region staff.
• Process journal entries and fund transfers following policies and procedures.
• Submit cash receipts templates to the National Office for revenue allocation.
• Maintain understanding of processes, technological changes, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure lockbox coverage during staff absences.
• Manage tickets and inbound customer needs through ticketing software.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a related role.
• Prior Blood Cancer United experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Blood Cancer United mission, products, and services preferred.
